Fiscal Sponsorship
The San Francisco Film Society (SFFS) is the fiscal sponsor for the film "JEROME and the Art of Sainthood." The SFFS is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to shepherding the entire film making process. We meet regularly to set realistic goals as the film progresses.

The amazing thing about the SFFS is that they approach sponsorships as a true partnership. They have provided in-depth project development, grant-writing consultation, budgeting guidance, and eventually will aid in distribution and marketing. They also have generously offered constructive feedback on every step of this project, from conception to current work developing the trailer.
FilmHouse Residency
The San Francisco Film Society's Filmmaker360 program awarded the Jerome Project a one-year residency at FilmHouse. This program supports documentary feature films by making office space available free of charge to independent filmmakers. FilmHouse fosters a thriving creative community that encourages collaboration, resource sharing, peer-to-peer feedback, and networking opportunities.
Caroline von Kühn is the key contact person at the SFFS. She is the Director of Filmmaker Services and can be reached at: [email protected].

National MediaMaker Fellowship
Bay Area Video Coalition (BAVC) has granted The Jerome Project their 2014 Mediamaker Fellowship award. This ten-month program is designed to give independent filmmakers/artists direct access to the latest digital media technologies and prepare them for broadcast on public television or other independent outlets with focused digital and multi-platform strategies for community engagement. It will also support project development and will include professional mentorship in multi-platform and transmedia storytelling, curriculum development, social media and marketing, fundraising and distribution strategy support.
Preservation Access Grant
BAVC awarded a preservation grant to the Jerome Project and is providing a suite of services, including preservation planning, collection assessment tools, and analog-to-digital preservation transfers, at a heavily discounted rate. We have 60-70 hours of vintage footage that BAVC is preserving and transferring to museum-quality digital files. This will be a year-long process because of the hands-on work needed to capture archival quality audio and video.

Both of these BAVC programs are generously funded by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA).
Matt Sussman is the key contact person at BAVC. He is the Public Programs Manager and can be reached at: [email protected].

Without the generous support, donated time, shared resources, and help from loved ones, The Jerome Project would not have materialized. I am extremely grateful for everyone's help. The following organizations and individuals have been tremendously kind.
